Galileo will consist of 24 satellites and they may not have launched as many yet because completion of Galileo is not until 2020, another 2 or tow and a half years from now. Galileo is also not a world-wide system as it provides coverage primarily for Europe, GPS and Glonass both provide coverage world-wide.
