I know this thread is a little old, but the KNFB Reader app on my iPhone 6 crashes constantly even if the phone is just sitting there with the app open and I'm not asking it to do anything. I discovered this when I could not back my old files up to Dropbox so that I could import them into the KNFB Reader app on an iPhone 8. I can't share files individually either because the app won't remain open on the iPhone 6 long enough to do it. Already tried regular restart, home and lock buttons together for ten seconds, and doing it plugged into power with the phone already at 100%. The only other thing I can imagine doing is completely restoring my new phone from a backup of the old one in iTunes but I'm not sure I want the files that bad. Anybody have any other ideas?
