Have you checked to verify in your settings that your deice is not set to lock automatically after a certain number of minutes? You can find this in Settings, then General. Scroll down till you hear auto lock or device auto lock. I'm not entirely awake right now and my phone is in the other room as I type this... Good luck though and let me know how it goes. Loreal
