I used to like Downcast and it is a good Podcast app, but Overcast is also very good and as some others pointed out, it probably has a few more features. One feature I quite like is a setting where if turned on the app compresses the small tiny pauses during speech. This may not sound like much, but it will shave a bit of time off a Podcast without actually speeding up the speech.
