Hello, Amirudin, I haven't seen this problem, but I have a couple of suggestions.
Are you using any other braille display in addition to the Focus 14? If so, try having your phone forget it. Sometimes I've had trouble when my phone was paired with two displays. The other thing is that when you want to turn off your devices, turn off the phone first, then the display. When you turn them back on, turn on the display first, then the phone.
