Both the Hopper 2 and 3 have there Text to Speech interface and most of the normal day to day things are accessible ... it’s when you try to do some of the setup and more advanced things that it’s not accessible. But, watching TV ... looking at the guide ... working with recordings .. they all work pretty good.
