Type what you want to type. Then, flick up with two fingers and flick right until you hear copy and clear text and double tap. Leave Flicktye and open up the messaging app. Paste the text in the message field. Yes, this is very cumbersome, but this will be remedied when Flicktype becomes a full system keyboard.
