You can also check an option in Settings which will copy anything you wrote to the clipboard when you exit Flicktype. Then you can go into Messages or Mail or wherever you want the text, start a new message and when you are in the message body field turn the rotor to Edit and then flick down until you get to Paste, usually the first option, then double tap and the content of your clipboard will be pasted into your message.
