Of course you can just google MP3 to M4R converters and use any one of many free online converters such as www.zamzar.com or www.M4ROnline.com if you just want to do 2 or 3 ringtones. Most of them are quite accessible, you simply click a "Browse" or "Upload" button which opens a standard Windows dialogue, find the file and upload it, then click the convert button and once it's done click the download button or link to download the converted file back to your computer.
