Hi Jim, as near as I can determine, iMovie, which is free, is going to be the best way to attempt to do this. Now, I have good success trimming the beginning or the end of a video, but the trick is, when you want to perhaps delete something out of the middle. Fortunately, if you have a Bluetooth keyboard, this process is a lot easier. With the keyboard, you need to pause the video, then press command B to split the tracks. Now, somehow, through this process of splitting and then joining tracks, you can get an edited video suitable for posting to Youtube. Please keep in mind that I am just starting out with this entire concept of video editing, but I am pretty certain that with some practice, and knowing the Bluetooth keyboard commands, of which there are quite a few, I really feel that this can be accomplished successfully.
