I had to call them once about a login I had forgotten, and they were very helpful. 650-249-1000 You could always try a delete and reinstall first, though. If it didn’t work, they’d help you get back on track. It was working fine for a while but now I’m having trouble when I try to log in. I need to change my password because I can’t remember what it is and forgot to write it down. However, when I try to put in my email address or cell phone # it says they are not recognized. I have been paying for the ap all along but now can’t get in. Does anyone know, if I uninstall and reinstall the ap will it mess up my paid subscription? Any other suggestions?
