This has happened to me a few times before, usually when I am in the middle of a line and then swipe down to read the line. If you are experiencing issues and need something to be addressed by Apple, send them an email describing the issue, what iOS version, and what device to: [email protected] Then, they will add it to the list. If enough people email them about an issue it might be addressed in a future update.
