If you need to do much serious word processing, then you do not want to limit yourself to iOS only. I do like voice dream writer on my iPhone, but I will always go to my computer and use word if I need to do a lot of writing or editing. I also use windows since Mac computers confuse me to no end. All that interacting and stop interacting stuff...

Then there is working with spreadsheets in general, if that is not something you have to do or almost never have to do then maybe that would be OK, I live in Excel because of my business. iOS and thje iPhone are fantastic, but I prefer to use whatever tool is most suited and at this point I don't consider iOS a tool which can do it all just as in my woodworking the table saw is an incredibly versitiele tool and one no serious woodworker can do without, but there are many things where you do need additional tools apart from a good table saw.
