Apple has their own equivalents of programs like Word, Excel and Powerpoint, they are Pages, Numbers and Keynote. There are, however, iOS apps also for Word, Excel and Powerpoint and they are apparently reasonably accessible, but that of course does not mean they are efficient to work with compared to the versions on the PC.
