Richard you're instructions are completely correct except for one thing that we figured out easily enough. That is, you must go into settings, find the phone app, you'll find that it will have the same wrong name if it's wrong like in this case, and then if this happens to anyone else from this point on, follow the rest of Richard's instructions. Richard, you really hit it on the head with this one, but you've had experience with so many other things that happen with the phone. Wayne was just figuring that whenever this happened somehow unknown to Wayne the icon must have gotten in an edit mode, just when he was dialing the time phone number. It's so strange, he hated hearing that all the time hearing that phone number, but it's fine now, all gone, just hearing phone now as it should be. What a strange thing to happen, though.
