Maybe, but as Christopher says, I also find it not very difficult to click on that link for the Viphone group and to change some of these settings. Hopefully Mark can help Rebecca with her problem since it seems to go a bit beyond the ordinary.

When I Googled this, I believe I saw that only subscribe and unsubscribe and maybe something called manage are the available email commands now. I don't know why they changed this but apparently they did. I don't like putting all my eggs in one basket but I believe Groups.io is the place to have an email list these days.
