No one can tell you whether you should or should not upgrade. You've seen the comments about the problem areas, if they amount to a big enough drawback for you, then don't upgrade. I think all the major issues have been talked about, so if there are no deal breakers in what you have seen on this list, then upgrade, or wait and see what fixes Apple comes out with in the next few months.
Only you can determine what you can put up with where bugs are concerned.
