Hello once more everyone, I need to reset the iPhone I got for my friend. They are no longer using it. I would like to try to sell it, if it all possible. However, I can’t seem to reset it, because I don’t know their Apple ID password.
In order to reset it, would I need to take it to the Apple Store? I would assume that if I had to do this, I will need to show proof that I purchased it? Thank you for any advice.
