Oh no it is in a situation like that. Thank goodness! I don’t ever want to go through that again. No, I bought this phone for my friend, and a phone for myself, from T-Mobile. It’s the 6S. I bought it, because they were going to keep it and pay for it. But that didn’t happen. So now I have the phone. Anyway, I can’t ask them for their Apple ID password, because they are not speaking to me. So that makes things kind of difficult. I took the phone to T-Mobile. They didn’t really have much to say. They said that I could possibly take it to the Apple store and have them reset it. But he wasn’t sure either. So that’s why I thought I would ask here. Thank you! Whether somebody at an Apple Store would help you probably depends a lot on where you bought the phone.
