I totally agree we should report this bug to Amazon en masse but until it is corrected, I have a workaround that seems to get past the web dialog box hangup. Here's what I do: 1. Execute the Show Navigation Menu button. 2. Execute the Your Lists button. 3. Turn off Voiceover with either a quick three times press of the home button or by asking Siri to turn it off. 4. Touch the screen about a third of the way down from the top. I'm not usually a fan of doing such a thing because of the chance you could touch and execute some action button but with a list of your lists, this hasn't caused me an issue. 5. Turn Voiceover back on. The above workaround will allow you to navigate your lists in the usual way but when you exit the process and come back to them later, you'll have to start the workaround all over again.
