You might file a review on the app review system in the App Store, rate it as 0 
stars, title it as accessibility bug and fill in details. Because this will 
make the reports publicly visible, amazon might not get a choice in putting 
this off. The more negative reviews, the faster they will have to address it.

Just a thought (I have done this to other vendors on the App Store and it’s 
amazing how fast they pay attention).
