The iphone 5S does not support voice over LTE which is usually what is
called HD calling, you will need to upgrade to a newer phone to get
that feature.

Hello I am running in to a strange problem on my iphone 5s
my friend also has a iphone 10 if memory serves and when ever I called
him on my android phone I talked to him in the hd quality quality kicked in.
how ever when I try to call him using my iphone 5s the call goes threw
as a normal phone call with the same every day phone quality. from also
what I am able to find out the iphone 5s does support hd quality voice
on phone calls so it should be working.
this phone is unlocked so am not sure if it has to be locked down to a
karier?
any ideas what to try?
