I have an IPhone 5S with Verizon & am having the same problem. Some people just sound fuzzy & it is hard to understand them. One person is calling me wih an IPhone 6 & another has some cheap phone, not sure what it is. Both are very hard to understand. There are other fuzzy calls too but I’m not sure what phone those people have. This has just started happening in the last 6 months or so. Are there any tone settings I can check? I looked around in settings but didn’t see anything.
