Make sure the mute switch on the side of the phone is unmuted. Slide the switch to the position closest to the screen.

My phone no longer says who is calling. I can find out by touching the text near the top of the screen & listening to voice over read it but the phone used to say out loud who was calling. I looked around in settings under phone & it does have announce set to always. I looked around under notifications / phone. It says badges, sounds & banners. I think that is everything... Any ideas?
