In MyPersonal opinion, Apple miss'd a Big Opportunity with the
Launch of its Anniversary Edition iPhone, the iPhoneX. Because Apple
could have distinguished this Anniversary Edition by not
incorporating its Unique features InTo other iPhone Models
for another 2 or 3 years, which would have made that Anniversary
Edition iPhone more special & valuable. Thus, justifying the Hike or
Huge Price increase from previous iPhones
I Bet Apple will eventually Jump on the BandWagon of Built IN
TouchID InTo its Display as it finally came around with Wireless Charging

Mike,
Thanks for this summary of the new models. No surprises here which
is why I got a new iPhone 8 about a month ago. I also wasn't ready
to give up the home button.
I'm kind of curious where Apple is going with its iPhone naming
convention. They chose that Roman numeral X but everyone calls it a
10 anyway and I'm not thinking they will go to a Roman numeral 11 XI
model. It seems that most car models these days are a combination of
letters and numbers so maybe they thought the X was fashionable.

Subject: Apple's new iphones
It looks like Apple is done with the home button for good, the 3 new
iphones that Apple announced are based on the new iphone X form
factor, the Iphone XS replaces the Iphone X from last year, the
Iphone XS max sounds like it's the plus version with a larger
screen, and the Iphone XR is the cheaper version. The iphone 7 and 8
will remain as Apple's budget iphone models and the Iphone SE has
been discontinued. This means that Apple no longer sells any phones
with a small form factor now or that have a headphone jack. I got an
iphone 8 and iphone SE earlier this year so have no interest in
getting any of these new ones at this point, and I'm just not ready
to give up the home button yet either.
