The OLED screen offers advantages to those with some vision, but none for the totally blind, except that the battery life should be better if you turn screen curtain on and turn the brightness down to zero. Screen curtain never has affected battery life in the LCD models of course, but I seem to recall hearing this discussion last year where somebody pointed out that with OLED, it should.
