I do translation work on the side and for quick reference, The one I mainly use is Say Hi. I think I got it when it was free, but it may cost a couple of bucks. You may have to check on that. I have other translation apps like Google Translate, Anti-Translate, ITranslate, etc. But I like Say Hi the best. None of them are "great", but decent enough for what they are.
