If it were me and I was thinking of posting a message where basically I say that I was just really frustrated in the moment and should have maybe been more tactful then messages like this " Well, if he is such a nice guy. Then wouldn't anyone else, eMail the list, and apologise, for their use of language?" may just put me back on the offensive. As I said, we all have moments and maybe outbursts we are not proud of and Mario only posted this a relatively short time ago, why don't we all back off and give him some time to maybe try some of the suggestions which were made and see if it improves his experience, then maybe he'll post something but anything other than suggestions as to how he can fix what seems to be a relatively isolated bad experience isn't all that helpful at this stage. Enough people have called him out over the language used including myself so now let's give him some time to do whatever he is willing to do.
