It's wonderful, with all the exchange of information, advice, answers to
questions and even more, ever since last week when ios 12 came out, and all
the activity of assistance to one another before ios 12, here on the list.
Plus all the helpful suggestions for Mario, that will lead to get his phone
working well. and that goes for anyone else currently having any
difficulties with their phones, with the advice and steps to remedy whatever
is wrong from the experts on this list, who we couldn't do without, things
will begin to get better for you, or anyone that had difficulties in the
past and someone or a few people hear on the list gave you the steps and
advice and help to make it better, remembering how that made all the
difference in the world, from when you were having difficulties with your
phone or something was happening with your phone that you didn't understand.
So, Mario, and anyone else, I know it's frustrating, but take the time to do
some of the things that are being suggested to getting your phone back on
track again, the way it should be, which would make all the difference in
the world for you. Just remember we've all had those troubled times at
times, and in those times, at times people may not use the best choice of
words, since there's nothing worse than having trouble with something like
your phone, that you depend on for so many things. It's just one of those
things, you don't know until it happens to you and we've all been through it
at times. If it wasn't the iphone, it could have been troubles with setting
up other things, such as the echo or iwatch, or even an app. I'm just so
greatful, to be a part of this group that is so sharing with information,
including the newest information, sharing knowledge and some of that
knowledge comes from a lister of something they learned through an
experience with something they were doing on their phone, such as how to do
something, or discovering something usefull about whatever that was that
they were doing on their phone. So between the experts of the list and those
of use that aren't so experts, and those like me that are still pretty new
to smart phones, thank you to all of you, because I guess the best way of
describing this list, is that collectively there's never ending sharing of
knowledge, and assistance just when you need it the most.

It is obvious that english is not Mario's first language, but let's not
fault him for that, once upon a time everybody in the USA and Canada was an
immigrant and if I remember my history correctly at one point German almost
became the official language in the United States, wouldn't that have
changed history.
Anyhow, I typically also believe using less graphical and more constructive
criticism is better, but once again, we all have good and bad days and let's
just see if Mario comes around and tries some of the advice he received. I
have seen him post on other lists and he generally seems to be a pretty nice
guy, we all have moments we may not be proud of.

I am really sorry to hear you are having such a bad experience with iOS 12.
I don't think you should be criticized for venting your frustrations as some
do.
I also have an SE, and it is working great and no different amount of
battery drain.
I think the suggestions to try a reset of the network settings is worth a
try.
Also, make sure that nothing is running in the background that might be
adding battery drain.
I also updated a work iPhone 8 plus and an iPad Pro with no problems.
All these devices were already on 11.4.1, so I do not know if that is the
difference. It could be that going from 10.3.3 to 12 brought out some
issues that would have been noticed in iOS 11.4.1. I'm certainly not
qualified to say.
I just know how absolutely frustrating it is when a device you have come to
rely on suddenly becomes problematic.
I hope it gets resolved.

iOS 12, I am completely sorry to have updated.
I had IOS 10.3.3 on my iPhone SE and it was almost perfect...
But of course after we waited many months to see some bugs fixed
Everything worked very well.
Now with iOS 12 I didn't win anything special..
Contrary:
The battery sucks too much, there is a huge bug with the voice dictation.
Voice over does not announce the feedback of dictation.
I have also come across other issues in various aspects.
on my iPhone SE, with IOS 10.3.3 the battery was perfect.
Now with IOS 12, it's been shit.
And worst of all, I can't no more back to 10.3.3...
IOS 11 is also a piece of shit...
Apple is a piece of shit
Apple I hope that one day you will die forever..
All you want is money, and only give us shit.
This is what happens when you keep Believing on Apple jerks like Tim Cook...
