Well quoted, Richard. I don't think there is anything wrong in replying with suggestions and to maybe include an opinion that a post using offensive language or blanket statements like "Apple is sh**", but often posts like Mario's result in a lot of messages where people simply criticize the original poster for his choice of language which may or may not have been the result of a bad morning, but while Mario may be generally speaking negative about Apple, he doesn't really have a history of using offensive langiuage and in that case we should all give him a break to see if he can resolve his issues with iOS 12. I don't think at this point he is quite as extreme as another list member once was and he is not sending offensive replies as Todd P who is now banned from this list used to do. This by the way, is my final post in this thread.
