I really wonder if this is a ram issue on older devices. My iPad mini two is well. I saw an article recently referring to it as having only one gigabyte of RAM. I can’t verify that of course. If that’s true, I suppose it makes sense that with the slower processor and limited ram, once you get into big files, trouble occurs. I couldn’t even synch my library with the iPad just sitting idol. It would just lock up and die basically. I wonder if that same thing isn’t happening with your phone. I don’t remember what chip is in your phone as compared to my iPad. But you might want to just leave the phone open and let everything sync up and say hallelujah. And then get a new phone. Sigh. Mary
