I bought a speaking unit from WalMart a few years ago for about $50. The
speech is pretty clear and loud enough. I haven't checked it with my
doctor's office but it seems accurate and reliable.
It is almost as good as the $200 unit it replaced and is easier to use and
understand than some of the mail order units.
And you can take it back if you are not satisfied.

accessible either through the iPhone or that speaks? One that does both is
preferable. I am looking for one that fits the upper arm, not the wrist. Any
