Both iCast 2 and KoalaSan are online radio broadcasting apps which in
combination with a hosting account provided by one of many companies,
allows you to stream audio to hundreds or thousands of people at a time.
It can be used for broadcasting talk shows on a specific topic, a full
radio show with music and talk or live events.

Unfortunately KoalaSan disappeared some time ago, possibly when Apple
stopped supporting older (32 bit only) apps.
