Thanks. I don’t know how to update to IOS 12 using ITunes because phone already updated to IOS 12. I have no idea how to go back.
I read that it is better to update with ITunes rather than on phone. Can you update via a computer using iTunes? Since you only really have a bit over 12 GB to start with on a 16 GB device, it is a pretty high percentage of your storage space.
