There is no app, just follow Richard’s link to get the shortcut. But I suggest you read my previous message wit my findings since I don’t think it’s really worthwhile to have this. I find it too complicated and requiring still too many interactions to be truly useful. If you were in a real emergency it would take way too long to get this going, the only thing in such a situation which truly works is what some people are doing which is to use a Go Pro or similar action camera and attachit to yourself and record continuously any time you are out and about, basically a way to have a body cam as is used by some police now to constantly record any interaction which takes place.
