Correct, it is for the iPhone 6 and up, but in this case up means newer and not older, if you have an iPhone 5S you don't qualify for the $29 battery replacement. I have a 6S Plus and my wife has a 6S and we both had our batteries changed by Apple at the end of May, we showed both I think 83% or 84% capacity. Not sure if they'll change it if it is at 92%. Like some suggested, after you have it sitting there even for 2 hours with no activity check your battery usage and see what is says for standby time and usage time, it should hardly any usage time at all, if it does then some app or process is active and you can see if a Reset Network Settings will fix it, if you already did this you maybe have to dop a complete reset and start from scratch.
