Hi Rena and All, Rena, this is a good question in which I would like to know as well. I just bought a new iPhone 10R, and I asked the rep from my phone carrier why would it take about three hours for a full charge as this is what he told me. Although, my phone carrier ordered the phone for me in the color that I wanted, so I don’t have the phone as of yet to actually check that. I do currently have an iPhone 6, and I can get a full charge with this phone in 25 or 30 minutes, but not with the new 10R? I don’t understand this one though. Janet
