Hi, I was trying to set up a microsoft exchange account on a new ipad, but when I went to enter my user name and password there was this message at the top of the on screen keyboard which said something like "for alternate key hold and pull the key down" the problem was that every time I went to use keys in the upper row I couldn't hear the name of the key because of this message and I could not figure out how to bypass it. I haven't had this happen before with any other i device. Has anyone else and how do you avoid it? I'm using voice over and the latest ios version. Thanks for any thoughts. Tessa
