Hi, I, too, have one of the Oral B brushes and really wanted to take advantage of the brush reporting fecilities. Unfortunately the app is virtually inaccessible.
The brush has a physical button which allows you to, by default, cycle through about six brushing modes – basically by adjusting the speed of the motor and the amount of time the motor runs before it warns you to move to the next part of the mouth. I did manage to use the app to narrow this down to three options, but even that was a pig's ear and I don't relish ever having to do it again. Apps can change and I love having the best that money could buy. I'd probably buy the brush again just because it's such a good brush in all respects apart from the Bluetooth, and hopefully Oral B will sort out their accessibility down the line. But I would probably recommend a simpler brush from Oral B in most cases.
