Perhaps it is fixed in iOS 6?

I got the latest MapQuest update, and I too tried a few different
destinations, but I still only ever got 10.9 miles and 13 minutes away.
This is an iPhone 4S running IOS 5.1.1. I wonder what the difference could
be.
