Janet, Try entering the password that you use to unlock your iPhone. When installing IOS updates the iPhone will restart once the update is complete. If you have a passcode set for restrictions it may be requesting that passcode be entered. My guess is it wants your unlock password though. If you have forgotten the password to your first iTunes username; when logged out of all iTunes accounts, enter the old iTunes user email & swipe to I Forgot. You should have had to setup secret questions when originally setting up the old iTunes account. You will be given 2 of the questions, just type in their answer. If the questions are answered correctly, you will be prompted to enter a new password & confirm the new password.
