I have, but until they offer me the same controls as Earpods it's a no go for me, they have to offer volume control.

I can get around 4 hours out of them, listing to audio…making the occasional phone call and such. Remember, the higher the volume, the faster they will die. If memory serves me correctly the 5 hours is listing to audio .. at 50%. So, adding in phone calls and bumping the volume will have a direct impact on this. As was suggested I would talk to either someone at the Apple Store, or call their support line. You should be getting way more than 2 hours ..
