I use the web site. much easier? If I know what I want, I can make the purchase in one to two minutes at most.

I checked out the Amazon app years ago and thought it was crap. It's very easy to use the Amazon site to look for what you want, put it in the cart, review your prospective purchases and so on. You can see other sellers for a given product, read reviews, ask questions, see customer questions, see related items… I've absolutely no trouble with the website itself. This isn't all that unusual. Many times when A company like Amazon has its own app, it doesn't work all that well and I find there's no real advantage to having the app. Admittedly I havent checked out the Amazon app in years but I have no need to. I did have to download Amazon prime app in order to play videos end it didn't seem bad, But I can't vouch for it either way because I barely use it.

shipping address and finally the continue to checkout appeared. Excuse me,
I apologize, the next item to appear was the payment method.  Needless to
say, my husband was able to place the order with no problem but he also had
turned off voice over so am not sure now whether the app is still not
working properly using voice over or not.

If anyone is experiencing this issue, I would appreciate any feedback you
have. I do not have one click shopping turned on and wondered if it was a
work around that would allow me to order independently so long as I am
shipping to my home address. Ordering without my husband's help would be a
good thing.  He does not need to know how much money I am spending lol.
