Hello Debbie Thanks but that is my problem. I get to the page where iTunes is discussed but I get no install or download link or button. There is a link to download from the microsoft store but even there I do not find a link or button. I use windows10 and the latest version of jaws. Regards Fanus

That will have the iTunes update checked. You then tab to the install update button. The update is well worth it as the column browser and Jaws issue is fixed.
