Hello John, Thanks for reporting in.
I can reproduce this issue time and time again. I am so glad that virtually no one, besides iOana and I, is experiencing this. Frankly, given how well Siri creates and sends messages with VoiceOver turned off, I'll probably use that method until all works well. All I can add is that I had some serious problems installing iOS 6.0 on my 4 S; perhaps some unknown gremlin found his way into my device. When I have enough energy and time, I will probably reinstall iOS 6.0 via iTunes instead of over-the-air and see what happens. I just tried it twice without the screen locking. I am having a strange issue in which I sometimes tell SIRI to send a text and the screen to cancel, send or reply is shown again. I then have to tell her to send it a second time before it will go. Take Care John D.
