This may be a very remote possibility, but is there any chance you forwarded the calls to this phone to another number? Just in case, try using the keypad and press *73 then press the call button. If this is the problem you should hear several beeps and then it will disconnect.It is worth a try. Marie

I’ve turned on vibrate with ring, but nothing happens – still goesstraight to voicemail. When I dial the number, there isn’t even a pause, it’s just straight into voicemail. I don’t know what else to try. Do not disturb is off. Next flick gives me “Scheduled” and double tap to toggle setting. I don’t know what this means or does.
