The same thing happened to me yesterday and today, ironically, on calls from Apple Accessibility. When I eventually got through by it working the third time they called, the representative couldn’t find others as having reported this, nor could she find any good help in her support pages.
Maybe let Apple Accessibility know. For example, when presented with a choice of numbers to enter -- press 1 for this, press 2 for that -- I am unable to detect the number pad or anything else on the screen. I'm told by a sighted friend that the number pad is present, but voiceover is completely unresponsive. When this happens, I cannot even double tap to end the call. Any thoughts?
