I like it because of the free shipping But I think that the free shipping doesn't always apply when receiving products from third parties through amazon. I also like the Prime Videos there is a lot of stuff free to watch if you have a prime membership. I am disappointed though because as a blind person I cannot get the Audio Description to work in Canada. I called about the problem and got the helpdesk in the US and she was able to get it from her end. I have never ben able to turn it on after following the explicit instructions.
