Hello, everyone.

Ever since I updated my iPhone 5 to iOS 12.1.4, I have been unable reliably
to replay voice mail. I have no trouble listening to a message for the
first time, but subsequent attempts to replay it usually fail. I simply
right-flick past the transcription of the message and press the “Play voice
mail” button, but nothing plays.

It occurred to me that perhaps I was not activating the “play” button even
though VO led me to beliefe I was doing so. My sighted wife confirmed this
when she told me she could not see the button without scrolling the
screen. When she did so, VO consistently played the message, but I am
unable to replicate the gesture she performs to make this happen on my own.

I think the problem may have something to do with the amount of space the
transcription occupies on the small screen of the iPhone 5. Could this
transcription somehow be hiding the “Play” button? Can anyone reproduced
this problem?

Thank you for all help.

Craig
