You might also want to check in the app switcher and make certain that KFB Reader is closed. Sometimes, apps can run but load oddly and simply crash returning you to the home screen without openning properly. They should then be closed and restarted. I have no difficulty running KNFB Reader on my iPHONE7. The only other thing that occurs to me is that you may want to restart your iPHONE and try running KNFB Reader again. Hope that helps.
